Here you can find all the information about Tomorrowland and answers to your questions.
We try to answer all questions as accurately as possible, but we kindly ask you to check all information on the website and FAQ section before contacting us. 


General questions

What is the minimum age to attend Tomorrowland 2016?

The minimum age limit for entry to the festival is 18. (People born in 1998 will be granted entrance even though they turn 18 after the festival)

Anyone who turns 18 in 2016 is permitted entrance.

This is a strict policy and anybody born in 1999 or later, even if accompanied by an Adult, will not be permitted entrance.

Access to the festival site


On Friday & Saturday the check-in to enter the festival site is open till 22h00. When arriving later, access will be denied. For Sunday the check-in already closes at 21h00. No entry possible after 21h00,not even with a valid entry ticket.


  • Tomorrowland day Bracelet = No re-entry possible. When leaving the site, a new entry ticket is needed for new access to the festival site.
  •  Tomorrowland Full Madness Regular/ Comfort Bracelet = Re-entry is only possible the next day. 
  • DreamVille Bracelet = you can re-enter DreamVille after 15h00.

Can I work at Tomorrowland, even as volunteer?

This is not possible. Every year we work with the same suppliers and our own loyal staff. During the production days we do not have the time to train new crew.

The acts and dancers are the same team each year and this cannot be offered to other people.

We cannot allow a volunteer to work at Tomorrowland, as it is prohibited by Belgian Law.


Are lockers available ?

You can store your valuable belongings & clothing, without having to worry about loss or theft. We ask for a small contribution for hiring a locker during the weekend/ day.

The lockers can be found at the festival & campsite. During the opening hours, lockers are continuously under surveillance. The lockers are always accessible for the people who rent them.

Lockers for Tomorrowland and DreamVille can be bought in advance. Please check Tomorrowland website and social media in june. 

SIZE: You can share 1 locker with 2 or 3 friends. You can store a few jackets, sweaters, T-shirts, shoes,…
A trolley is too big to fit in the locker whereas a backpack would fit easily.

How do I get to Tomorrowland?

If you have any questions about how to reach Tomorrowland by car, bike or public transport, please check the mobility plan on the website.

Can I bring my medication?

Tomorrowland and DreamVille conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs! It is prohibited to use, deal or be in possession of drugs on both the festival grounds and camping site. If you need to take prescribed medication due to health problems, you need to be in possession of a valid medical certificate.  We can only allow these specific medications if you can present a valid medical certificate at the entrance. 

Ticket sale

Start Ticket Sale

The Worldwide official ticket sale starts on Saturday the 6th of February 2016 at 17h00. (CET = Central European Time)

Global Journey Packages (Worldwide) will be available starting from Saturday the 23rd of January 2016 at 17h00. (CET = Central European Time)

The travel packages presented by our Official External Travel Partners can be bought directly with the partner on Saturday the 6th of February 2016 at 17h00. (CET = Central European Time)

Why do I need to pre-register?

In order to be eligible for the Tomorrowland Presale and buy your ticket to this year’s festival you must complete the registration. If you have not registered before Ticket Sale opens you will not be able to purchase a Tomorrowland ticket.

Important: Registration does not guarantee you a ticket.

During the Registration you will need to fill in following info: surname, last name, e-mail address, postal address (make sure to fill in your correct postal address! Bracelets will be sent to this address), country, phone number, gender, birthdate & dates of the preferred weekend.

After Pre-Registration you will receive Confirmation e-mail with a unique link. This link is the only way to access the Ticket shop when Ticket Sale starts.

Problems to pre-register? You did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

Tomorrowland uses a service that prevents blocking the e-mail to most providers. However there still can be a delivery issue for various reasons. In order to solve this we kindly ask you to:

  • Double check your SPAM, Unwanted or mail Quarantaine folder.
  • Resubmit the preregistration form and double check the entered e-mail.

If this still doesn’t work, please try to preregister with a gmail or hotmail mailbox. These are known to work well and do not block the preregistration mail.

Which steps do I need to follow before I'm able/allowed to enter Tomorrowland?

You must pay for your ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale.

Once payment has been completed you will receive confirmation e-mail. This e-mail Is NOT your ticket and you will not be able to use it to gain access to the festival.
When the personalization process starts, you will receive an e-mail with a unique link to personalize your tickets.

During the last 2 weeks of June (or beginning of July) you will receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet.

Personalization Information

Before receiving your Tomorrowland confirmation E-ticket, this needs to be personalized. Each single ticket needs to be address to 1 individual. Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. If the name on the Tomorrowland bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied, even if you have a mandate of the original ticket owner.

Attention: You don’t need to personalize your tickets when you have bought a Global Journey Package. Tomorrowland handles it for you with the data you registered during purchase.

What are the consequences if I do not personalize my tickets?

If you do not personalize your tickets, Tomorrowland cancels your order. In this case the Main buyer receives a refund of the ticket price excluding the administration cost of € 10,00.

What are the different payment methodes during ticket sale?

The following payment methods are available:

Global Journey Sale

- Visa Credit (+2.5% credit card cost)
- Mastercard (+2.5% credit card cost)
- American Express (+3.5% credit card cost)
- Diners (+3.5% credit card cost)
- Pre-paid credit card: Visa Credit, MasterCard, American Express, Diners

Debit cards will not be accepted.
Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.

Can I buy group tickets?

You can purchase

  • a Friendship Package during the Worldwide Sale ( the 6th of February). Tomorrowland offers the possibility to enter DreamVille together with a group of friends. This package includes DreamVille entrance, a pre-reserved camping area and regular access to Tomorrowland. You can only buy this package for 10 people. For more information click here
  • a Friendship Travel Package during the Global Journey Sale ( the 23rd of January).This package includes your very own Bed & Breakfast with 6 to 16 friends. A Global Journey host will welcome you at your B&B on Thursday and a daily shuttle will make sure you and your friends will get to Tomorrowland and back. For more information click here


Can I upgrade my ticket?

Under no circumstances your ticket can be upgraded.
For example it’s not possible to upgrade a Full Madness Regular Pass to a Full Madness Comfort Pass.

Can I change the name of a ticket?

Name changes are not possible. Small spelling mistakes should not cause any problems at the entrance.

The Exchange desk is the only way to resell your ticket (= change name on the ticket).

Can I change the address after I bought the tickets?

In case you entered a wrong address during Pre-Registration, you have the possibility to adjust this during the ticket purchase process or you can Pre-Register yourself once again. Please check this very carefully. After the purchase process, address changes are not possible anymore.



Address changes are only possible at the cost of 350 EUR before the end of April 2016. Please send your request to info@globaljourney.com

Can I enter if the name registered on the Bracelet is not my own name?

No, Name changes aren’t possible anymore after Personalization. If the name on the Bracelet/ticket does not match the name on the ID, the organization reserves the right to deny access.

The organiser and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to verify the identity of the festival-goer upon checking the ticket and/or scanning of the festival bracelet. If you fail to present a valid proof of identity, security is authorised to stop you. The following are considered to be valid identity documents: identity card, passport or a driving licence. Copies and a mandate of the original ticket owner will not be accepted. The surveillance law applies here.

The Exchange desk is the only way to resell your ticket.

Can I cancel my ticket ?

Tickets cannot be cancelled. All purchases are final.

If you no longer wish to use your ticket or can’t use it anymore, you can register your ticket at the online exchange desk. If other people are looking for the type of ticket you wish to sell,  refund will be possible with exception of an administrative fee of 10 euro. 
If there is no demand for your ticket, your ticket will not be refunded. 

All refunds will take place after the festival. 


Can I resell my ticket?

You can only sell your ticket if other people are still looking for your type of ticket. You can register your tickets at the online Exchange desk, if you want to sell them. If someone is interested in buying your ticket (people who register for the waiting list), we will refund the cost of the ticket to your bank account. If there is no demand for your ticket, you won’t get your money back.

We strongly discourage to buy tickets from other people, as we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket being sold. The name on this ticket cannot be changed! If the name on the ticket/ bracelet does not match the name on the ID, the organization reserves the right to deny access (even with a mandate of the original owner).

Important ! Global Journey Packages are non refundable nor exchangeable.

Type of tickets

What is a Full Madness Pass?

This is three-day entrance pass to Tomorrowland and gives you access to the festival site from Friday 22nd till Sunday 24rd of July. This ticket does NOT include camping at DreamVille, herefore you need to buy a DreamVille Package. 

What is the difference between a regular ticket and a comfort ticket?

Comfort = VIP

Both tickets are valid for access to the festival. The Comfort ticket also gives you access to the different Comfort zones (VIP decks).
Parking, DreamVille & lockers are not included in these tickets.

What is a DreamVille Package?

A DreamVille Packages include:

  • Access to The Gathering, pre-party at DreamVille, on Thursday 
  • According to your ticket choice: Regular or Comfort access to Tomorrowland during 3 days.
  • Access to DreamVille and your choice of accommodation during 5 days (DreamVille Magnificent Greens,Friendship Garden, Easy Tent, Relax Room, DreamLodge, Cabana or Mansion)
  • Access to sanitary facilities & the Marketplace at DreamVille.

My Bracelet

I bought a DreamVille Package with accommodation.(Easy Tent, DreamLodge, Relax Room, Cabana, Frienship Garden). Do I have to activate those bracelets under the same name?

If you bought a DreamVille Specials package (Easy Tent / DreamLodge / Relax Room / Cabana) every single Bracelet has to be activated by the person using this Bracelet. Give the Treasure Case(s) to your friends(s) and they can create their own account.  

If the ID of the visitor does not match the name used during the activation, access to DreamVille and Tomorrowland will be denied.



I have multiple day bracelets. Do I have to activate all Bracelets? Can I pay on Saturday/Sunday with my Friday Bracelet?

If you have multiple bracelets, for example a Friday and a Saturday Bracelet, you need to activate the Friday Bracelet and the Saturday Bracelets using different e-mail addresses.

IMPORTANT: this only applies if the same person uses the two Bracelets! If the ID of the visitor does not match the name used during the activation, access to DreamVille and Tomorrowland will be denied.

ACCESS: Use your Friday Bracelet for Friday access. Use your Saturday Bracelet for Saturday access.

CASHLESS: In this example your Friday Bracelet will be your Bracelet for cashless payments both on Friday and Saturday. Bring your Friday Bracelet on Saturday to make cashless payments!


I have activated the wrong Bracelet to my account? What do I have to do?

I have deactived my Bracelet. What do I have to do?

Tracking number

All buyers with a shipping address in Belgium will receive a tracking number from Bpost to track their Treasure Case with Tomorrowland Bracelet.

All buyers with a shipping address outside of Belgium, don't worry, every Treasure Case with Tomorrowland Bracelet will be delivered in the week of 27th of June or the 4th of July. 


How will my Bonus be spent if I top up more than € 100 at once?

If you put, for example,  € 200 onto your Bracelet, you will spend your Pearls in the following sequences: - 65 Pearls (€ 100) – 2 Bonus Pearls (Free) – 65 Pearls (€ 100) – 2 Bonus Pearls (free) 


Are my Bonus Pearls refundable or can they be used as refund fee?

Bonus Pearls are not refundable and cannot be used as Refund Fee


How do I check the amount of Pearls I have left on my Bracelet?

You will be able to check the amount of Pearls you have left on your Bracelet using the following methods:

  • Online through cashless.tomorrowland.com after you have activated your bracelet.
  • Using the Tomorowland App – Top Up
  • At Tomorrowland and DreamVille at these locations:
    • Cashless top-up stations
    • Food and beverage stands
    • Cashless customer service stations


What is the difference between automatic and manual refund?

Automatic refund for online Top Up with Credit Card (VISA,Mastercard) Maestro and Paypal account
applies to Bracelets that have been topped up online at least once with one of the above cards.  The unspent ‘Pearl’ amount minus unspent Bonus ‘Pearls’ will be refunded automatically. A 2 ‘Pearl’ refund fee applies.


Manual refund for onsite Top Up with Credit/Debit card or cash
applies to Bracelets that only have been topped up onsite at Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille with cash or credit/debit card.  You have to fill out a special refund form. The form will be made available after Tomorrowland. A 2 ‘Pearl’ refund fee applies.
Please note that you are responsible for providing Tomorrowland the correct information. 


I have charged my Bracelet before AND at the festival. How do I apply for a refund?

If your current balance doesn't exceed the amount you topped up before coming to the festival you do not need to take any steps, your leftover Pearls will be refunded automatically.
If your current balance is higher than what you topped up before the festival you will have to request a manual refund for the amount that is left after your automatic refund. Please follow these instructions: www.tomorrowland.com/en/refunds


Where can I request a manual refund ?

You can request a refund online by following the steps on this page: www.tomorrowland.com/en/refunds

The manual refund form will be available shortly after the festival.

If you did not yet create a Tomorrowland account you will be asked to do so, please make sure to add your Bracelet to the account.

Please note that you are responsible to provide Tomorrowland the correct information. 


When can I expect my manual refund?

The start of the manual Refund Process is  Monday August 15th 2016.

You can expect your refund to be visible in your account within 2 weeks after this date. 


When can I expect my automatic refund?

You can expect your Automatic refund as from Tuesday August 9th.
Please contact cashlessrefunds@tomorrowland.com if this is not the case. 


Did I do my refund correctly?

After you fill in your refund information on your Tomorrowland account you should press “Update” a pop-up will appear saying “Success – data updated”, this means your refund has been requested. If you are not sure everything was done correctly you can go back to the refund page on your account. If the box next to Refund is checked, your refund has been requested correctly.
Make sure your Tomorrowland bracelet has been added to your account as this is necessary for the refund. 


What is IBAN code

IBAN is your International Bank Account Number.  If you do not know this number please contact your bank.

Please note that not every country uses an IBAN Code, please contact cashlessrefunds@tomorrowland.com if this is the case for your country. 


What is Swift/BIC code

A SWIFT code is a unique code that is assigned to your bank to identify it. If you do not know this code please contact your bank.


I used a Pearl card, can I get a refund?

A refund for a Pearl card works exactly the same as a manual refund for a Bracelet. You can follow all the instructions on http://www.tomorrowland.com/en/refunds


I forgot to request my refund

The refund deadline was Wednesday August 10th 2016 12h00 CET. There are no refunds possible after this date. 



When will the full application be available?

This will be around 2 weeks before the event starts.
Full app will surely include artists, stages, timetable, map, news, social media and way more.

On what kind of device can I install the application?

Android phone and iPhone


Press accreditation

Press accreditations are only possible if you are a photographer or journalist with an existing medium! Not for personal purposes or a hobby.
