James Hype is a DJ and producer from the Wirral in England. He grew up listening to dance music and spent his early years playing small clubs across the north of England before making the move to London.
His 2017 track 'More Than Friends' with Kelli-Leigh climbed to Number 1 on the UK Dance Chart. Then, in 2022, 'Ferrari' with Miggy Dela Rosa became a genuine crossover hit, reaching Number 1 in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy, and amassing over a billion streams worldwide.
He has collaborated with artists like Kim Petras, Craig David, and Vintage Culture, and runs his own label, Stereohype, alongside a high-profile residency at Hï Ibiza.
Since 2022, he has been a staple at Tomorrowland, returning every year to play the Crystal Garden and the iconic MainStage.
