Tomorrowland Winter works closely with all national and local authorities regarding the evolution of the Covid-19 virus. We are confident that by March 2022, we can unite again as never before.

However, take into account that extra measures can be taken to guarantee the safety of the People of Tomorrow. Tomorrowland Winter will always follow the guidelines and measures imposed by the authorities. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED?

If Tomorrowland Winter 2022 is canceled either by Tomorrowland or by the local/national French authorities, you will receive a cash refund of your festival package or pass after the official cancellation announcement. No refund fee will be charged. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET INFECTED WITH COVID-19 AND THEREFORE CANNOT ATTEND THE FESTIVAL? 

You must provide the organization with a medical certificate of fewer than 7 days old confirming your Covid-19 infection and that you are therefore not authorized to attend the festival. The same conditions apply when you have been in close contact with a Covid-19 case and are obligated to go in quarantine. 

1. If you have bought a 4 or 7-day festival pass without lodging 

  • You can ask for a cash refund for your festival pass. You will receive this refund after providing us with the necessary proof. A ticket refund fee of 10 € will be charged per festival pass.  
  • You can request to change the name of the guest with the name of another person who will attend the festival instead. For each name change € 350 of change-over costs will be charged.

2. If you have bought a 4 or 7-day festival package with lodging 

  • You can ask to change the name of the guest with the name of another person who will attend the festival instead. It is possible that airlines charge costs for a name change. 
  • The main buyer can also choose to cancel the entire trip or only the positively tested traveler(s). In this case, cancellation is always at a cost. The main buyer can report the (partial) cancellation via tomorrowlandwinter@sunweb.com
    You can submit a claim to your insurer for the cancellation costs. It depends on your insurance coverage whether costs will be reimbursed in the event of a positive test. If you buy cancellation insurance via Tomorrowland Winter, you are well insured in the event that you or your guests test positive. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF FRENCH AUTHORITIES IMPOSE A TRAVEL BAN AND PREVENT ME FROM ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL? 

If travel restrictions are imposed by the French authorities that prevent you from attending the festival, you will receive a cash refund of your Tomorrowland Winter package or festival pass after providing us with the necessary proof. A ticket refund fee of 10 € will be charged per festival pass. 

Attention: For 7-and 4-day packages including lodging, there won’t be a ticket refund fee charged.  


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY COUNTRY IMPOSES A TRAVEL BAN TO and from FRANCE AND PREVENTS ME FROM ATTENDING THE FESTIVAL? 

  • According to EU regulations: If travel restrictions are imposed by your local authority and that prevent you from attending the festival, you will receive a cash refund of your Tomorrowland Winter Package or festival pass after providing us with the necessary proof. 
    This is only the case if there is an official travel ban, no travel advice.
  • Other: The main buyer can cancel the entire trip. In this case, cancellation is always at a cost. The main buyer can report the (partial) cancellation via tomorrowlandwinter@sunweb.com. You can submit a claim to your insurer for the cancellation costs. It depends on your insurance coverage whether costs will be reimbursed in the event of a travel ban.
