Personalization

Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. You need to personalize all your tickets between October 1st and October 23rd. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to each individual visitor.

Attention! If you have a cancellation insurance, the names attached to the insurance cannot be changed. 
 

PERSONALIZATION PROCESS

STEP 1
After you have purchased tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your package overview. As from October 1st until October 23rd, you can personalize your tickets in your order. Go to your Tomorrowland Account to do this.

STEP 2
For each ticket, you need to fill in the following personal details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth

STEP 3

If you booked Comfort Passes, you need to assign these to the correct person.
If you booked multiple rooms in 1 order, you need to assign these to the correct person.

STEP 4
You can only save the personalization when all the information per ticket is completed.

Important!

  • You need to personalize all the tickets. You can find the personalization deadline in your confirmation email.
  • After the personalization period has ended, name changes won’t be possible anymore. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to 1 individual. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the visitors ID, access will be denied.
  • Each ticket (Ticket bought on the official ticket channel, obtained by using the Pre-registration Link) needs to be personalized. Tomorrowland has the right to cancel an order in case it was not personalized within the deadline. Not personalizing your order does not automatically lead to cancellation.
