STEP 1: SIGN IN OR CREATE A Tomorrowland Account
- If you already have an account, you can register by clicking ‘Stay up to Date’ on the home page of your account.
- If you don’t have a Tomorrowland Account, create one at my.tomorrowland.com. You will be able to register for Tomorrowland Winter in your personal Tomorrowland Account.

If you want to participate in the Tomorrowland Winter sale, you are strongly advised to create an account at least 2 hours before the start of the sale.

STEP 2: Ticket Sale
Go to your Tomorrowland Account on the day of the ticket sale in order to access the ticket shop. Select your tickets and indicate if you would like to have your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelets shipped (at an additional price). If you would like Comfort Passes, you would need to select them at this stage. It is not possible to upgrade your ticket after purchase.
STEP 3: Personal Details
You need to verify your personal details.
STEP 4: Payment
Payment of the selected tickets. You must pay your ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale.
Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). If not, please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.
STEP 5: Confirmation email
After payment, you receive the confirmation email for your order.
In this email you can find your order number. Save this email until the end of the festival.
STEP 6: Personalization
You need to personalize each Pass. Please fill in every name and email address of your friends. The personalization deadline is mentioned in the confirmation email from Paylogic.
You will receive your e-tickets a few weeks before the event.
STEP 7: Tomorrowland Bracelets
Bring your e-tickets with ID to the Visitor Experience Center in Alpe d'Huez to pick up your Bracelets (unless you chose to have the Bracelets shipped to your home address).

STEP 2: SIGN IN TO YOUR TOMORROWLAND ACCOUNT
On the day of the sale, go to your Tomorrowland Account and click on the link to go to the Tomorrowland Winter Sale.
- 7-day Packages go on sale September 23, 2023, 11:00 CEST
- 4-day Packages go on sale September 30, 2023, 11:00 CEST
STEP 3: CREATE YOUR OWN TOMORROWLAND WINTER PACKAGE
Select your transportation, lodging, your Tomorrowland Pass (with or without Comfort upgrade), and if you wish, add cancellation insurance.
STEP 4: DETAILS
If the Package you want is available, proceed to the next step by clicking "Complete your order". If your Package is not available or you still want to change something, you can click "Clear your basket" and start over.
STEP 5: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
The Buyer Information (first name, last name, address, phone, email, gender, and date of birth) will be automatically filled in with the details from your Tomorrowland Account. Select your payment method and don't forget to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tomorrowland Winter and Sunweb.
You have 20 minutes to complete your order. Make sure you already have the correct customer details before the start of the sale.
"Proceed to payment" when you want to finalize your order.
STEP 6: PAYMENT
The last step is to pay for your Package.
At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 30% up to a maximum of € 2500 with a debit or credit card.
The remaining balance of your Package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase via debit or credit card.
STEP 7: CONFIRMATION
If your payment is accepted, confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. It can take up to 5 hours after booking before you receive your booking confirmation via email with the details of your order.
STEP 8: PERSONALIZATION
For each ticket, you need to fill in the following personal details.
Until November 30, 2023, the personalization can be done free of charge in your account. From December 1, 2023, the Main Buyer can request a name change. For each name change € 350 of change-over costs will be charged.

STEP 9: TOMORROWLAND BRACELETS
Your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet will be shipped to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. After placing your order, it is no longer possible to change your shipping address.
