COMFORT UPGRADE 

It’s possible to add a Comfort upgrade to your Festival Ticket. This includes:

  • ​Access to the mezzanine at the Mainstage, with premium view (open from Tuesday until Friday)
  • Access to the Comfort area of Crystal Garden
  • Savory bites and snacks at the Mainstage
  • Bottle service
  • Unlimited access to the community pool of Alpe d'Huez (outdoor)
  • Unlimited access to the ice-skating rink in Alpe d'Huez
  • 1 free sledging ride at the Alpine coaster of the resort

Ski Insurance

Check with your personal insurance if you are covered for skiing activities. 
If it’s not the case, you can buy Assur’Glisse for each member of your group in the (Add-On) Sale or at the info desk of SATA in Alpe d'Huez (at the Ski stations). Assur’Glisse covers medical expenses linked to the ski practice. Medical repatriation expenses are included for Europe only.
