What is a lift & ski pass?

Your Tomorrowland Winter Package will also include your lift & ski pass. You will have access to all lifts on the mountain. During your stay, you can use these lifts to discover the mountain experiences of Tomorrowland Winter (by foot) or to go skiing on one of the many ski slopes (250km).

Your lift & ski pass is valid on the day of arrival until the day before departure. Example; If you book a 7-day package your lift & ski pass is valid from Saturday March 14th until Friday March 20th

Can I buy an extension of my ski pass?

Yes you can buy an extension of your ski pass at the Cashiers at the ski lifts. (check-out of your lodging will remain 10h00)

Where can I pick up the lift & ski pass?

Your Lift & Ski Pass is integrated in your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet. I

What are the opening hours of the ski lifts?

Ski or Snowboard equipment

Where can I rent ski/snowboard equipment?

If you book your equipment via Tomorrowland Winter, you receive a voucher to pick up your ski or snowboard equipment. On the voucher the ski shop is indicated.

In case you do not book your equipment via Tomorrowland Winter, you can rent equipment at many ski rental stores in ALpe d'Huez Grand Domaine Ski.

What are the opening hours of the ski rental shops?

Check the opening hours of the ski shop online before picking up your equipment. Please note some ski shops are closed during the afternoon.

My skis or snowboard are stolen, what to do?

Get a declaration at the Gendarmerie
If the equipment is rented, go with your declaration to the ski rental shop

If you book your ski or snowboard lesson via Tomorrowland Winter, you receive a voucher with more info. More information about ski or snowboard lessons will be available later.

In case you do not book ski or snowboard lessons via Tomorrowland Winter you can book your lessons at many ski and snowboard schools in Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine Ski.

In case of bad weather: can I get a refund of my package?

For safety reasons the Organiser reserves the right:

  • To interrupt or discontinue the festival;
  • To prevent visitors at the Tomorrowland Winter grounds from leaving the festival grounds until further notice;
  • To ask visitors to leave the Tomorrowland Winter grounds;
  • To refuse visitors admission to the Tomorrowland Winter grounds, even if they possess a valid admission ticket.

The Organiser may find itself forced to change or alter the festival program. In this event the admission ticket will remain valid but no admission tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
