Booking Process

How can I buy a package?

Follow all steps HERE to order a Tomorrowland Winter package. 

What is personalization?

Before entering the festival site, the identity of each visitor will be verified. You need to personalize all your tickets. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to each individual visitor.

Attention! If you have a cancellation insurance, the attached names cannot be changed. 

Where can I see if my payment has been received?

After you have booked your package, you will receive your invoice by email within 14 days. In this email you will find your prepayment and the remaining balance of your package. Once you have paid the remaining balance, you will receive a payment confirmation.

What are the payment methods and conditions?

How and when do I have to complete my payment?

  • At the moment of your purchase 
    You have to make a prepayment of at least 50% up to a maximum of € 2500 with a debit or credit card (VISA & Mastercard). Bank transfer is not possible.
  • Within 10 working days after purchase 
    The remaining balance of your package needs to be paid within 10 working days after purchase via debit or credit card (VISA & Mastercard).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • In the case of non-payment of the remaining amount, prepayment will not be refunded.
  • In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
  • In the case of cancellation after you have paid your package, following conditions are applied: 
    • 70% cancellation fee until November 1st 2019.
    • 80% cancellation fee from December 1st 2019.
    • 90% cancellation fee until February 1st 2020.
    • 100% cancellation fee from February 1st 2020.

 

I did not receive my booking confirmation yet

After your payment is accepted, a confirmation of your order will appear on your screen.

It can take up to 5 hours after booking, before you receive your booking confirmation via email with the details of your order. 

How much luggage can I take with me?

Flight

  • 1 suitcase or travel bag of normal size (max. 80 x 70 x 30 cm and max. 20 kg)
  • 1 piece of hand luggage of normal size 10 - 12 kg. The hand luggage rules differ per airline
  • Winter sports equipment (see below)

Bus

  • 1 suitcase or travel bag of normal size (max. 80 x 70 x 30 cm and max. 20 kg)
  • 1 piece of hand luggage (normal size, 2 kg)
  • Winter sports equipment (see below) 

Winter sports equipment

  • 1 pair of skis (with sticks) or one snowboard *
  • 1 pair of ski or snowboard boots

* With a snowboard, it is mandatory to remove the bindings from the board. Only 1 snowboard is allowed in a snowboard cover (so no other luggage, such as snowboard shoes, clothing, etc. to be inside in the same cover).

Can I check-in online for my flight and pre-book seats?

Online check-in is possible as from 24 hours in advance (except for airline Vueling) Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book seats. 

Can I change the lodging, ticket type or room type in my booking?

It is not possible to modify your reservation after booking. Changes of room type, lodging or ticket type are not possible.

Can I change personal info in my booking?

Name changes

Be careful when finalizing your booking. 
Name changes are not possible after personalization. The personalization deadline is communicated in your confirmation email after booking. 
Only in case of urgent matter, Tomorrowland Winter will accept name changes implying a fee of €350-, per name change. 

Attention! If you have a cancellation insurance, the attached names cannot be changed. 
 

Address changes 

In order to ship all Bracelets in time, it is not possible to change the shipping address after you have bought tickets. 

In case you have moved, you can contact us before November 30th 2019. 
Important ! Email the legal attest of change of residence, order number, old address and your new address. 
After November 30th 2019. it is not possible to change addresses. 

Can I change the time schedule for my Flight or Bus?

You cannot change your time schedule after purchasing, so make sure you check the timings when you buy your package. If the departure time of your flight or bus changes, you will receive an update by email.

When do I receive my travel documents and tickets?

You will receive your travel documents at least 1 week before departure by mail. 
Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will be send to you by post a few weeks before Tomorrowland Winter. 

Can I cancel my Tomorrowland Winter Package?

Please note, a cancellation is never free of charge:

  • In case of non-payment of the remaining balance, your prepayment will not be refunded.
  • In the case of cancellation after you have paid your package, following conditions are applied: 
    • 70% cancellation fee until November 1st 2019.
    • 80% cancellation fee from December 1st 2019.
    • 90% cancellation fee until February 1st 2020.
    • 100% cancellation fee from February 1st 2020.
       

Partial Cancellation
In case one of the participants of a booking cancels, the cancellation cost will be 90% of the total price for that participant till February 1st. From February 1st the costs are 100%.

Can I book a cancellation insurance?

The cancelation insurance needs to be added to your Winter Package during booking and is valid per order. More information can be found here

When do I receive my invoice?

After you have booked your package, you will receive your invoice by email within 14 days.
