These Conditions apply to the purchase by the Customer of Festival Products and/or Services via any and all of the Official Sales Channels (all as defined herein).
1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 Agreement: the agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services. Such agreement consists of the present Conditions, the purchase confirmation and other provisions annexed or referred to in these Conditions and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Paylogic, Brussels Airlines and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).
1.2 Bracelet Fee: The fee charged during Will Call sales to pick-up the Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Will Call Box Office at Tomorrowland or DreamVille. The Bracelet Fee will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland ticket sales on www.tomorrowland.com. No Treasure Case is included for Festival admittance tickets purchased during Will Call sales.
1.3 Brussels Airlines: Brussels Airlines NV, an airline company offering various flights around the world. Brussels Airlines is the exclusive partner of the Festival Organizer for the sale of Festival Travel Packages.
1.4 Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including its annexes.
1.5 Consumer: the natural person who does not act for the purposes relating to his or her commercial, business, craft or professional activity.
1.6 Customer, You, Your: the consumer, the legal entity or the actual association who enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Festival Products and/or Services as provided for herein.
1.7 DreamVille: The official campsite of the Festival with several options of accommodation as sold under the DreamVille packages, subject to Annex 5.
1.8 Exchange Desk: The only official reselling point for Tomorrowland tickets and DreamVille packages purchased with Tomorrowland (via the Paylogic platform), operating for a limited amount of time, to be specified on the Tomorrowland website, and accessible through the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland Account. The Exchange Desk is not open for purchases made with Brussels Airlines (Global Journey), Travel Partners, for guest tickets, “Voordeeltickets”, hospitality or B2B.
1.9 Festival: the 2020 edition of the electronic dance music festival known as “Tomorrowland”, currently held in Provinciaal Domein De Schorre (Boom, Belgium), taking place from July 16th up to and including July 18th 2021 (“Weekend 1”) and July 23rd up to and including July 25th 2021 (“Weekend 2”).
1.10 Festival Organizer: WEAREONE.world bvba, with registered offices at Korte Vlierstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, and VAT number BE 0867.239.782, the organizer and producer of the Festival.
1.11 Festival Travel Package: the various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale by Brussels Airlines and the Travel Partner, including (depending on the specific package) Festival admission ticket, lodging, flights and transportation. Special conditions of sale apply to the Festival Travel Packages. When you purchase such a package, you will be asked to accept these conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, these special conditions take precedence over these Conditions at all times.
1.12 Festival Products and/or Services: the products and/or services relating to the Festival, as offered to and purchased by the Customer via the Official Sales Channels, meaning (i) the Festival Organizer for the purchase of Festival admittance tickets (including packages such as Dreamville Package, Full Madness Package, as detailed on www.tomorrowland.com) and (ii) Brussels Airlines or the Travel Partner for the purchase of Festival Travel Packages. Vouchers can be added to such purchase and vary per Official Sales Channel, subject to the conditions set forth in Annex 4. Pearls can be purchased via the Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival, subject to the conditions for cashless payments set forth in Annex 3.
1.13 Festival Visitor: The natural person who has a validly registered Tomorrowland Bracelet in his/her name (as determined herein) and ultimately consumes the Festival products and/or services under the Agreement.
1.14 Global Journey: The various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale via Brussels Airlines, as commonly known and commercialized under the name “Global Journey”. Special conditions of sale apply for Global Journey. When you purchase such a Festival Travel Package, you will be asked to accept these conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, these special conditions take precedence over these Conditions at all times.
1.15 Official Sales Channel: Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased via the Festival Organizer, Brussels Airlines or a Travel Partner. The Festival Products and/or Services offered via the Festival Organizer are processed via the Festival Organizer’s service provider Paylogic.
1.16 Paylogic: Paylogic Holding B.V. operates an online platform for tickets sales and access management and is engaged by the Festival Organizer as a supplier to make its platform available for the Festival Organizer to enter into an Agreement with the Customer for the sale of certain Festival products and services as mentioned herein.
1.17 Pearls: the official currency of the Festival, which can be purchased via the Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival and loaded onto the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions set forth in Annex 3.
1.18 Ticket Refund Fee: in case a Festival admittance ticket purchased via Tomorrowland (through the Paylogic platform) is refunded after purchase, subject to the refund provisions provided for herein, a ticket refund fee will be charged per refunded ticket and therefore deducted from the amount of the refund. The Ticket Refund Fee depends on the ticket cancellation date, in accordance with article 1.22, and will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland tickets ales on www.tomorrowland.com.
1.19 Tomorrowland Bracelet: The Festival Visitor can only access the Festival and consume his/her purchased Pearls via a personalized and activated bracelet. In case You have purchased a DreamVille package, Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will also give you access to included zones within DreamVille. If You have purchased a comfort, B2B, LOTUS or Exclusive Tables ticket, your Tomorrowland Bracelet will give you access to the appropriate zones.
1.20 Travel Partner: the official Tomorrowland travel partners expressly stated on www.tomorrowland.com, offering Travel Packages including Festival admittance ticket (DreamVille optionally included), travel (flights/transportation) and/or lodging.
1.21 Treasure Case: the Festival case holding the Tomorrowland Bracelet, as sent to Customer in line with these Conditions.
1.22 Treasure Case Fee: the fee that is charged to the Customer to cover the cost and shipping of the Treasure Case holding the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The Treasure Case Fee depends on the shipping address (i.e. Belgium vs. Europe vs. worldwide) and may, as such, vary per order. The Treasure Case Fee will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland ticket sales on www.tomorrowland.com. In case your order is cancelled before the 31th of March 2021, the Treasure Case Fee will be refunded. In case your order is cancelled after the 31st of March 2021, the Treasure Case Fee will not be refunded (as shipping of the Treasure Case already initiated) and thus be added to the Ticket Refund Fee.
1.23 Voucher: A Tomorrowland voucher represents an additional purchase made with the Festival Organizer or an independent third party, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker provider, shuttle provider, active on or around the Festival Premises). Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale by the Festival Organizer, through the Paylogic platform or a platform of the independent third party.
1.24 Waiting List: In case a ticket type or all Festival admittance tickets are sold out, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to open a Waiting List. By registering on the Waiting List, You give the Festival Organizer permission to contact You in case new tickets become available and offer those tickets through Waiting List sales.
2 SCOPE OF THE CONDITIONS
2.1 General provisions
2.1.1 The annexes attached hereto form an integral part of these Conditions. The Customer is asked to accept these Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest upon entering into an Agreement via the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent copy of the Conditions at www.tomorrowland.com or on request from the Festival’s customer service.
2.1.2 Should You not only purchase Festival Products and/or Services for yourself but also for others, we remind you that You are and remain solely responsible for providing such people with the present Conditions and any other terms and conditions which may apply to Your purchase (including those mentioned under Article 2.3 below) and obtaining their consent with such terms prior to Your purchase.
2.2 Travel Partners
2.2.1 When You purchase Festival Products via a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organizer) qualifies as your contracting party. You enter into a direct Agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made.
Such Travel Partner is and remains solely responsible for providing you with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions, including these Conditions, during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the Agreement between them and You. The Festival Organizer is exempt from any contractual liability towards You.
3 FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES: GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1 Age requirement
3.1.1 The minimum age for Festival admission is eighteen (18) years. Any person born in 2003 will be allowed admittance, also if the age of 18 is not reached until after the Festival. There will be no exception to this rule, not even if the person concerned is accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult. The Festival Organizer will deny admission to the Festival if, e.g. as a result of the identity control mentioned hereunder, the Festival Visitor hasn’t reached such age at the latest upon the start of the Festival.
3.2 Official Sales Channels
3.2.1 Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased via the Official Sales Channels.
3.2.2 Festival Products and/or Services that are obtained in a different manner (either through a different sales channel, or by evading, in any way, the procedure prescribed in the pre-registration link that provides access to the online ticket shop) will not be deemed valid by the Festival Organizer and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny the holder of the Festival ticket access to the Festival.
3.3 Tomorrowland account and pre-registration
General
3.3.1 Unless otherwise indicated by the Festival Organizer, Festival Products and/or Services can only be sold to those who have a Tomorrowland Account, which can be created on www.tomorrowland.com. The Festival Organizer in any event advises to create a Tomorrowland Account.
3.3.2 When creating a Tomorrowland Account, you will be asked to read and accept the Festival Organizer’s terms and conditions and Privacy Policy for the Tomorrowland Account.
3.3.3 The Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Festival admittance tickets that do not comply with the provisions of this Article 3 and offer them for sale again. In that event, the purchase price for the relevant ticket(s) will be refunded to You (and only you) after deduction of the Ticket Refund Fee and a refund of the Treasure Box Fee, as applicable, and always subject to the provisions on cancellation as included herein.
3.3.4 The Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your purchase due to technical reasons (e.g. existing quotas were exceeded).
Pre-registration
3.3.5 Only a Tomorrowland Account can give access to Festival pre-registration. The Festival Organizer will inform the account holders about the start of pre-registrations via the Tomorrowland Account and the contact details provided during the account registration. Automated pre-registrations are not permitted.
3.3.6 As soon as the official sale of Festival Products and/or Services starts, the account holder will be able to access the online ticket shop of Paylogic and Brussels Airlines via an automated link in the Tomorrowland Account. Purchased tickets and bracelets are not exchangeable for another type of ticket/package.
First 20
3.3.7 In order to promote the diversity of the Festival, the first 20 pre-registered Customers per nationality are guaranteed to be able to purchase Tomorrowland admittance tickets (in accordance with article 3.4.1). The nationality of the Customer is registered via the account settings of the Tomorrowland Account.
3.3.8 If the nationality registered during the pre-registration does not correspond to the nationality used during Your purchase, the change may be considered fraud. In that event, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your purchase without refund.
3.4. Festival admittance ticket
3.4.1 The maximum number of Festival admittance tickets that may be purchased in total during the Belgian Pre-Sale are 5 Full Madness Passes, 5 one-day tickets or DreamVille Packages for maximum 5 people in total (except Friendship Packages). During the worldwide pre-sales and the worldwide ticket sales, the maximum number of Festival admittance tickets that may be purchased in total is 4 Full Madness Passes, 4 one-day tickets or DreamVille Packages for maximum 4 people in total (except Friendship Packages). The foregoing maxima apply throughout the entire sales period of Tomorrowland 2021 (i.e. Belgian, worldwide and waiting list) and may not be cumulated in different sales moments.
The Festival Organizer reserves the right to organize other ticket sales moments than mentioned hereabove (e.g. Friendship Package Sales). If applicable, the special conditions for that particular sale will be published on the www.tomorrowland.com in such a way that the Buyer can make an informed purchase.
3.4.2 You can only participate with the Belgian Pre-Sales if you are a Belgian resident at the moment of the Belgian Pre-Sale and you select a Belgian shipping address for the delivery of the Treasure Case (cumulative terms).
3.4.3 You are only allowed to participate in a sales moment with one account. In case You purchase tickets with several accounts, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You through Your different accounts.
Personalization
3.4.4 Each Festival admittance ticket must be personalized by entering the Festival Visitor’s name, e-mail address and nationality. The Festival Visitor can be You or other people you purchase tickets for. Business and hospitality Packages do not require personalization.
3.4.5 Unless otherwise stated by the Festival Organizer, this personalization of the Festival admittance ticket must take place during the time period stated in the ticket confirmation e-mail sent to You. After this period, the personalization is final and the provided personal data can no longer be changed. In case You don’t personalize your Festival admittance tickets before the deadline, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your Festival admittance tickets.
3.4.6 Should you buy a Festival admittance ticket not only for yourself but also for others (your “Guests”) You are and remain solely responsible for obtaining - as far as required by law – these people’s permission to provide their personal data to the Festival Organizer as part of the personalization of such ticket as mentioned herein. The provisions of Article 2.2. equally apply.
3.4.7 After personalization of the Festival admittance ticket, Your personalized Guests will be invited by the e-mail address You provided us with in order for each guest to be invited to create a Tomorrowland Account. Your purchase of a Festival admittance tickets will only be final after all Your guests have created their proper Tomorrowland Account within the time periods stated in the confirmation e-mail sent to You. The provisions of Article 3.3.2 above shall equally apply.
3.4.8 If the nationality You select during Personalization is different from the nationality You select at the moment of purchase, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to consider this deviation as fraud and reserves the right to cancel Your entire order.
Exchange Desk
The Exchange Desk is only accessible for purchases made with the Festival Organizer (through the Paylogic platform).
Festival admission tickets (incl. DreamVille) may only be exchanged via the Festival Organizer’s official Exchange Desk. The Festival Organizer will offer tickets registered on the Exchange Desk for sale to people registered on the Waiting List. The Exchange Desk does not guarantee your Festival admission tickets being resold. You will not be able to exchange your tickets for other tickets, nor can you choose who you resell your Festival admission tickets to. In the event that a Festival admission ticket is resold via the Exchange Desk, such ticket will no longer grant the Festival Visitor (i.e. the original ticket holder) access to the Festival. Exchanged and resold Festival admission tickets via the Exchange Desk will be refunded to the Main Buyer after deduction of a Ticket Refund Fee.
In case the full order is resold through the Exchange Desk, the refund will be executed within a couple of weeks after the order is resold. In case only part of the order is offered on and resold through the Exchange Desk, this partial refund will only be executed within a couple of weeks after the Festival.
3.6 Tomorrowland Bracelet
3.6.1 For each purchased and personalized Festival admittance ticket, the Festival Organizer will provide You with a Tomorrowland Bracelet which must be registered before access to the Festival can be granted to the Festival Visitor. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only give one (1) person access to the Festival.
3.6.2 The Festival Organizer will send all Tomorrowland Bracelets in advance, starting end of June 2021. With the exception of sales where it is explicitly indicated no Treasure Cases will be shipped/provided, Bracelets will be sent in a Treasure Case and (by default) to the delivery address mentioned in Your Tomorrowland Account unless You indicate another delivery address during the purchase process (Global Journey only). You can only enter one (1) delivery address for Your purchase.
3.6.3 It is not possible to change the delivery addresses for Your Tomorrowland Bracelets after You have completed Your purchase unless You have changed domicile in such period of time, in which case you are required to provide the Festival Organizer with an official document issued by the local authorities which proves Your change of domicile. Deadline for alternate delivery addresses due to change of domicile is March 31th 2021. The Festival Organizer cannot guarantee change of delivery address for requests received after the said date.
When Your purchase is made via Brussels Airlines (Global Journey) or a Travel Partner, the options for delivery address or other changes to Your order are exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of those parties.
3.6.4 The Festival Organizer reserves the right not to provide a Treasure Case in case the Tomorrowland Bracelet would (exceptionally) be picked up at the Festival instead of the means provided hereabove.
3.6.5 For Festival tickets purchased during the Will Call sale, the Tomorrowland Bracelets will not be shipped and must be picked up at the Will Call Box Office on the Festival or DreamVille. No Treasure Cases are included.
Festival access and identity check
3.6.6 Only a legitimate and registered Tomorrowland Bracelet can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival premises or DreamVille. One must always be in possession of a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in his/her name to be admitted to the Festival or DreamVille. You enter the Festival premises or DreamVille at Your own risk.
3.6.7 All Tomorrowland Bracelets will be scanned and validated upon entering the Festival and Dreamville premises.
3.6.8 The Festival Organizer reserves the right to verify (or to have verified by appointed representatives) the identity of everyone entering the Festival premises or DreamVille. If one cannot identify him/herself or the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the identity of the Festival Visitor provided in the proof of identity, the Festival Visitor will be refused admission to the Festival or DreamVille. A valid proof of identity can be a valid identity card, passport or driving license. The name on the proof of identity must be the same as the name in which the bracelet is registered. Copies of identity papers are not accepted.
3.6.9 A refused admission in the context of Article 3.6.8 will not give anyone right to a refund.
3.6.10 For security reasons, Festival Visitors holding a day-ticket or Full Madness Pass and leaving the Festival grounds will not be allowed to re-enter the Festival grounds until the next day. For safety reasons, Festival Visitors holding a Tomorrowland Bracelet including DreamVille access may enter the Festival premises until two (2) hours before closing time. Festival Visitors with a DreamVille ticket can only re-enter DreamVille as from 17h00.
Other services
3.6.11 The Tomorrowland Bracelet not only serves as a Festival admittance ticket. Purchased Pearls are also uploaded on this bracelet. The Festival Visitor is required to scan his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet to enter the Festival premises (and the Dreamville Bracelet for access to DreamVille), exclusive zones their Bracelet gives access to and access/use the purchased Pearls.
Loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet
3.6.12 You are solely responsible for the loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet after it has been delivered to You by the Festival Organizer (in conformity with the provisions of these Conditions).
3.6.13 If, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond the Festival Organizer’s reasonable control (including errors in the personal data You provide during the registration and purchase procedure, or because the postage parcel with the Treasure Case holding your Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered by the postal services in the country of destination), You must contact the Festival Organizer so that the Festival Organizer can arrange for Your collection of the Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Will Call Box Office at the Festival or DreamVille. Only the Festival Visitor (holding a valid e-ticket and ID) can collect his personalized Tomorrowland Bracelet. A Tomorrowland Bracelet must always be activated before they can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival and provide the services as mentioned herein.
3.6.14 In case of loss or theft under Articles 3.6.12 and 3.6.13 the Festival Organizer will never be required to provide You with a new Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet. No refund can be claimed either.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
4.1 For purchases made with the Festival Organizer (via the Paylogic platform), cancellations and refunds can only be processed as provided for herein.
For purchases made with Brussels Airlines the specific conditions for Global Journey shall always prevail.
For purchases made with a Travel Partner, the policy on cancellations and refunds is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of the Travel Partner. The Festival Organizer does not bear any liability.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 Liability of the Customer and Festival Visitor
Refused admission
5.1.1 Who fails to comply with these Conditions will immediately be refused admission to or be removed from the Festival premises. No refund will be granted unless when agreed otherwise herein.
5.1.2 The Festival Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for multiple editions of the Festival or any other events organized by the Festival Organizer and its affiliated companies depending on the nature of the failure to comply with these Conditions (e.g. when you sell drugs at the Festival).
Prosecution
The Festival Organizer reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged Festival tickets and Festival bracelets.
5.2 Liability of the Festival Organizer
Direct damages
5.2.1 The Festival Organizer is only liable for the damages that are directly and solely caused by a breach on the part of the Festival Organizer. Excluded from compensation are (i) consequential damages and (ii) intentional damages caused by willfulness recklessness of the damage suffering party.
5.2.2 The Festival Organizer is not liable for any damage caused to, theft of, or any other accidents occurring with vehicles or persons on the official Festival parking lots. Such Parking lots are always used at own risk.
Force Majeure
5.2.3 The Festival Organizer may only cancel or postpone the Festival in the event of force majeure or if the Festival Organizer has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or postpone the Festival. Force majeure events means any of the following: the occurrence of which makes performance of obligations (excluding payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: an act of God (including without limitation avalanches), inevitable accident, fire, strike or other labor dispute, war or threat of war, act of public enemy, act of terrorism or threats thereof, riot or civil commotion, national state of emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or governmental instrumentality, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), interruption in, or substantial delay or failure of, technical facilities, or failure or substantial delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or condition beyond the Parties’ reasonable control, as applicable. Inclement weather shall, in principle, not be deemed a Force Majeure Event, provided however that should such weather conditions be severe or threatening enough to render a declaration by the applicable public authorities that conditions threaten public safety, then such weather conditions shall be deemed a Force Majeure Event hereunder.
5.2.4 In no event is a refund of the purchase price possible when cancelling a Festival ticket due to concerns over terrorist threats and/or attacks.
6. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH THE FESTIVAL ORGANIZER
6.1 Paylogic platform
6.1.1 Festival Products and Services can be bought directly from the Festival Organizer, via a Tomorrowland Account and through the Paylogic platform. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price has been paid in full:
Festival admittance ticket
Vouchers issued by the Festival Organizer (e.g. restaurant, lockers, parking, shuttles or any other vouchers being offered)
6.1.2 The Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Festival Organizer and the general terms and conditions and privacy policy of Paylogic are made available in full text and must be accepted before making a purchase.
6.2 Pearls
6.2.1 Pearls can be purchased via a Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival and loaded onto a Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions set forth in Annex 3, which are made available in full text and must be accepted before making an online top-up purchase. The Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payments will also be made available at the Festival top-ups. Who purchases his/her first Pearls via such Festival top-up will be deemed to have accepted such Terms and Conditions.
6.3 Online Dispute Resolution
6.3.1 The Festival Organizer hereby informs You about the existence of the European Union's "Online Dispute Resolution" platform. A request for out-of-court dispute resolution can be requested via http://ec/europa.eu/odr
7. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH BRUSSELS AIRLINES
7.1 General
7.1.1 Brussels Airlines is the Festival Organizer’s exclusive partner for the sale of Festival Travel Packages (possibly supplemented with Vouchers, for which you will be redirected to the Paylogic platform of the Festival Organizer or the platform of a third party provider).
7.1.2 For purchases made with Brussels Airlines, the specific Global Journey terms and conditions apply and prevail in case of conflict with the present Conditions (e.g. for cancellation and refund).
8. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH A TRAVEL PARTNER
8.1 When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services via a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organizer) qualifies as your contracting party. You enter into an Agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made as well as the present Conditions and its Annexes.
The Travel Partner is and remains solely responsible for providing You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the Agreement between them and You. The Festival Organizer is exempt from any contractual liability towards You.
8.2 For purchases made with a Travel Partner, the policy on cancellations and refunds is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of the Travel Partner. The Festival Organizer does not bear any liability.
9 APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
9.1 These Conditions are governed solely by Belgian law, with the exclusion of rules on the conflict of laws.
9.2 All disputes will be adjudicated by the competent court in Antwerp to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the Festival Organizer remains entitled to submit a claim to the court that would have jurisdiction pursuant to the statutory rules of jurisdiction.
10 MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 If any provision in these Conditions, or any part thereof is, or is declared, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Conditions or the remaining part of that provision will remain in full force and this provision will be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that corresponds to the purport of the invalid provision as much as possible.
