If you have problems activating your Bracelet or you need help to top-up your Bracelet.

  • Please check if your name was spelled correctly. It has to be the same name as mentioned on your confirmation e-ticket that you received after the personalization.
  • If you bought multiple tickets, it has to be the same name as mentioned on the different tickets.
  • Check the e-mail address you filled in. Is it spelled correctly?
  • Check if you filled in the correct 12 digits and 4 digits security code which is printed on the back of your Bracelet.
