Access to DreamVille

Minimum age

The minimum age limit for entry to Tomorrowland and DreamVille is 18.

People born in 2005 will be granted entrance even though they turn 18 after the festival. 
Anybody who turns 18 in 2023, is permitted entrance.
This is a strict policy and anybody born in 2006 or later, even if accompanied by an adult will not be permitted entrance.
 

Access to Dreamville

DreamVille access is only possible when you buy a DreamVille Package or Global Journey Package including a DreamVille accommodation. When buying a Global Journey Package you can choose travel packages including one of the different DreamVille accommodation types.

The DreamVille Packages include your choice of a DreamVille accommodation type and always include a Full Madness (Comfort) Pass.

A DreamVille or Global Journey Package (including DreamVille accommodation) allows you to access the festival & camping site during the entire weekend.

All DreamVille Packages include:

  • Access to The Gathering on Thursday 20 or 27 July
  • (Comfort) access for Tomorrowland during 3 days.
    Weekend 1 : Friday July 21, 2023 until Sunday July 23, 2023
    Weekend 2 : Friday July 28, 2022 until Sunday July 30, 2023
  • Access to DreamVille during 5 days.
    Weekend 1 : Thursday July 20, 2023, 11:00 until Monday July 24, 2023, 12:00
    Weekend 2 : Thursday July 27, 2023, 11:00 until Monday July 31, 2023, 12:00


Important

  • In case of loss or theft of your DreamVille/Tomorrowland Bracelet, this will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Access to the camping ground can be refused or denied at all times.
  • Clothes and/or other (visible) physical appearances, which express an explicit political, social movement or group, are forbidden.
  • Vehicules are not allowed at DreamVille: cars, motor (cycles), trailers, caravans, mobile homes, etc.

Decoration

Every year, the organization invests a great deal of effort and manpower to turn Tomorrowland and DreamVille into a magical world. Every visitor needs to show proper respect! Tearing, breaking or any other form of destruction of the decoration will result in the removal from the festival and DreamVille. Access will be denied for the remainder of the festival.
 

Cameras 

Photo devices/ Cameras
Digital photo cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the grounds with the exception of (semi) professional equipment. 

Photo- and film recording
During the festival there will be photos and video recordings: when entering the festival grounds all visitors give their silent consent to the organization to use and broadcast this footage.

 

Publicity flyers & posters

Safety is the highest priority for the organization of Tomorrowland. Therefore, the organization co-operates with the police. They are, in partnership with the Local Police Zone Rupel, responsible for the safety of the visitors, crew, and neighbors. During Tomorrowland, the Police Rupel (@Politie_Rupel) will tweet on a regular basis about what happens on the festival site to keep everyone up-to-date.

Recycling facilities

Respect the Holy Grounds of Tomorrowland and DreamVille and show respect for Mother Nature. Collect and separate your waste well. The Recycle Club is there for you to make it fun and easy. 

 

Forbidden objects 

It is not allowed to enter the festival ground with the following objects: Cars, motor(bikes), trailers, caravans, campers, etc., gas installations exceeding 500gr, glass, candles, dispensing equipment, generators, music systems, dry ice, animals (except guide-dogs), spray cans, drugs (except accompanied by a doctor's note), glass, cans, weapons, football club flags, sticks, walking sticks (medical crutches and devices excepted), banners, items with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, blunt, stab or thrust weapons or firearms or other items that might be used as a weapon, items that might have a negative effect on the safety, health or wellbeing of the festival-goers, sprays, fireworks, liquids, torches and any other item which may be considered as dangerous by the organization.

  • Camping is only allowed on the camping site and spending the night in your car at the parking is strictly forbidden.
  • It is forbidden to climb on fences and / or other objects.
  • It is not permitted to engage in commercial activities on the camping site.
  • Bonfires and/or barbecues are not allowed between the tents. 


Campers & caravans

Campers & caravans are not allowed in or at DreamVille. There is also no camping allowed in any of the DreamVille parking lots. 
If a Camper/RV attempts to enter DreamVille they will be turned away regardless of a parking pass. 
 

Permitted objects

Guide dogs for people who are visually impaired are allowed. Medicine/drugs accompanied by a doctor's note. Medical crutches and devices. A small barbecue and small simple gas rings (up to 500gr) are also permitted in one of the 10 BBQ areas. It can be very convenient to bring a trolley for your luggage and other belongings.

The maximum amount of drinks that may be brought to DreamVille is 6 cans of alcoholic beverages (max. 50 cl per can) and 6 cans or plastic bottles of soda or energy drinks (max. 50 cl per can/plastic bottle) per person. An unlimited number of bottles of water; Only closed packages are allowed. You are allowed to bring your own food to DreamVille.
 

Zero tolerance

Tomorrowland and DreamVille conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy in regard to drugs!
It is prohibited to use drugs on both the festival grounds and camping site. In case you are observed doing this, you will be removed from the festival grounds and/or camping site. This policy is rigorously enforced and in relevant cases means handing over to the Police. It is prohibited to deal drugs on the festival and camping grounds. If such infringement is ascertained you will be removed from the festival grounds and/or camping site and handed over to the Police.   

Before entering the festival grounds and/or camping site you are given the opportunity to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without any consequences.

If you need to take prescribed medication due to health problems, you need to be in possession of a valid medical certificate.  We can only allow these specific medications if you can present a valid medical certificate at the entrance.

Directions and instructions of the (security) personnel should be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous weapons, security is authorised to stop you.
