The fifth day of Tomorrowland Winter 2026 has come to an end, bringing another unforgettable chapter in the heart of the Alps. Packed with standout performances, surprise moments, and unique experiences, here’s a look at what the People of Tomorrow enjoyed throughout the day and night.

A daring live reveal on the MainStage

During their unforgettable back-to-back set on the Mainstage, Danish DJ MORTEN and Pardon My French member Malaa surprised the crowd with the live premiere of their brand-new track. Moments after dropping it, ‘Shock The System’ was officially released across all streaming platforms, turning the performance into a truly memorable moment.

Female energy takes over the mountains

Henri Bergmann and Layla Benitez joined forces at the Cage for a dynamic back-to-back set, delivering a seamless two-hour journey through house and techno, keeping the energy high throughout.

Miss Monique continued her strong presence this week, following an earlier set at Frozen Lotus with a Mainstage performance on Wednesday. Meanwhile, after a surprise appearance at the Reflection of Love, Charlotte de Witte returned to close the Mainstage before taking over the Orbyz stage further cementing her impact across the festival.

A milestone moment for MAESIC

Making a memorable Tomorrowland debut, MAESIC opened the Mainstage with an energetic set inside the spectacular greenhouse setting. Known for the viral hit ‘Life Is Simple’, the artist blended tech house, EDM, Afro house, and melodic techno into a versatile and engaging performance.

 The night continued with standout sets from Dombresky, Miss Monique, and Lost Frequencies, before Swedish House Mafia member Steve Angello delivered a powerful closing set on the Mainstage.

A day full of surprises 

Day five brought a series of unexpected and unique experiences across Alpe d’Huez. Guided by the Alpe d’Huez Trail Association, 100 participants started their day with a scenic yet challenging run leading up to the Orbyz stage.

Dutch bass house DJ Merow surprised festivalgoers with a special set at La Cabane à Sucre, while later in the day, 30 young talents aged 7 to 14 from the DJ Academy took over the decks at Palais des Sports for an impressive 90-minute performance.

To close the day, Steve Aoki delivered a high-energy surprise set in the intimate setting of Boulanger de l’Alpe, creating yet another unforgettable moment.

A moment to recharge and reconnect

Amid the festival’s vibrant energy, the Recharge Hub offered festivalgoers a space to unwind and reconnect. Located near the ski lift leading to the Frozen Lotus stage, the cozy yurt hosts two immersive self-care experiences.

Visitors can take part in a guided meditation enhanced by light therapy, soothing soundscapes, and calming scents, or join a session combining gentle yoga movements with deep breathwork. These one-hour experiences are available daily until Friday, between 09:00 and 15:00 — offering the perfect reset in the mountains.
