On July 23, 2011, Avicii made his Tomorrowland MainStage debut. Now, 15 years after the release of “Levels,” you can relive this landmark moment with his full Tomorrowland 2011 set.
The performance marked Avicii’s first-ever Tomorrowland appearance and the festival premiere of “Levels.” Officially released three months later, on October 28, 2011, the track would become a cultural phenomenon and take Avicii from a rising talent to one of the defining artists of his generation.
Fifteen years later, “Levels” continues to resonate with fans around the world. In 2024, it surpassed one billion streams on Spotify and, in 2026, returned to No. 1 in the Tomorrowland Top 1000 for a fourth time.
The full 2011 set brings you back to a landmark moment in Avicii’s story, when the People of Tomorrow heard the breakout track before it was officially released. The performance also marked the beginning of Avicii’s relationship with Tomorrowland, followed by MainStage appearances in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Three of these sets have since been released on Apple Music in Spatial Audio, and in stereo in the Tomorrowland App.
In 2026, the Avicii Tribute Experience also returned to Tomorrowland, giving fans another dedicated space to celebrate his music and lasting influence.
